1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Eligibility

Cosmofiller operates strictly as a B2B wholesale distributor. By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you are buying products exclusively for professional, commercial, or business use. By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal authority to bind the purchasing business entity to these Terms. You assume full responsibility for complying with all local regulations regarding the application and utilization of the purchased goods.

2. Order Placement & Double-Verification Process

To ensure maximum security and product availability, we utilize a two-step order verification process:

  • Order Submission: Placing an order on the website constitutes a request to purchase. No immediate payment is taken at this stage.
  • Invoice Generation: Within 2–6 hours of order placement, our team verifies stock availability and issues an official invoice/payment link to your provided contact details (Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram).

3. Currency and Payment Methods

All prices, invoices, and transactions are strictly processed in US Dollars (USD). We accept multiple secure payment options, which must be completed via the invoice provided by our team:

  • Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay: Payable securely online via the direct payment link sent after order verification.
  • International Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): Eligible for an automatic 10% discount. The final invoice amount will be 10% lower than the checkout total. Bank details will be provided in the invoice.
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Eligible for an automatic 10% discount. The final invoice amount will be 10% lower than the checkout total. Wallet details will be provided in the invoice.

4. Shipping, Rates, and Customs

  • Carriers & Timeframes: All shipments are dispatched via worldwide express carriers (primarily FedEx Express). Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Shipping Fees: A flat rate of $29 applies to all standard orders. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders with a total value exceeding $400.
  • Tracking: A real-time tracking number is provided via email once the carrier collects the package.
  • Import Duties: The buyer is fully responsible for any local customs clearance, import duties, or taxes applicable in the destination country.

5. Returns and Full Refunds

  • 14-Day Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package by contacting us via Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original factory packaging.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cosmofiller provides high-quality products sourced from verified distributors. However, Cosmofiller shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the products purchased from our website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
